Workshop Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a workshop:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is required to secure your booking
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund
• We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Phivraxnzik or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phivraxnzik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the website or participation in workshops.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
