This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for workshop bookings and purchased items.

Return Period

Workshop bookings may be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time. For physical items purchased, returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Workshop cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Physical items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as when received
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Returns must be initiated within the specified time period

Cost of Return Shipping

For physical items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in the order. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or cancellation:

2. Provide your booking reference number or order number
3. For physical items, we will provide return shipping instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Workshop bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards or workshop vouchers

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights are in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel workshop bookings within 14 days of purchase, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the workshop start time.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your workshop booking or order:

• Before Workshop Start: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund
• Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop may not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer credit toward a future workshop
• No-Show: Participants who do not attend without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund
• Our Cancellation: If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we receive the return or process the cancellation
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us
